PT Build Ltd is registered in Varna district court by commercial file No 1942/2002. The company is private with distribution of the shares between three partners. Its expertise is in complex building construction intended for tourist, administrative and residential use. The company works with experts with high qualification in the sphere of building and installation works and management of the construction process, covering the full cycle of building: digging works, basic construction works, completion works, installations, fittings and furniture. Also, on request of the client, we can offer interior design.

We have a modern office and an optimum number of experts in the managerial, accounting and building spheres. Workers selected by qualification and professional skills perform the building works.

In the buildings we construct we invest contemporary and high-quality building materials and technologies, at the same time we reduce the construction periods. The completion works are done with materials chosen by the client.
